Attracting new audiences
Northrop is committed to making art accessible for all. We created many different and engaging ways to present and promote events, so the site could attract new audiences.
As part of our discovery process, we did a deep dive into user behavior to discover what was working and what was not. The research led the way for both content and interface simplification.
Attending a Northrop event is an inspiring experience. We wanted the visual experience of the website to capture that feeling. The design uses animation, minimalism and flexible components to bring the show art front and and center, helping people feel up and close and personal with the experience of each performance.
The supporting brand is bold and modern, but doesn't stand in the way of the promoted event imagery.
