Erika has been a web designer, UX specialist and strategist (with an emphasis on nonprofits) for over 15 years. She is passionate about designing websites that support the common good and making things people actually want to use. In a former life, Erika worked for Public Television where she was an Associate Producer on multiple documentaries and websites, including 2 Emmy- award winning productions.

Molly has been developing websites professionally since 2005. Before starting Us Creative Works with Erika, she spent 4 years as a Developer at Gorton Studios and 6 years at the helm of her own successful Drupal development shop. Molly enjoys making technically complex sites that feel effortless.

Emma comes to Us Creative Works after spending a decade at a Minnesota nonprofit working on programs, communications, and digital marketing. Recently receiving her MBA with a focus in digital marketing, she is excited to merge her passions by helping mission-driven organizations effortlessly create and deliver effective digital experiences.

Tim's career as a professional web developer began as a nine­-year-­old tinkering with the family 486. It would be another twenty years before he turned that into a payday. However, love for technology and problem solving eventually led to a career as a freelance web developer, with a focus on connecting complex data to simple, elegant interfaces. In his spare time, he develops athlete tracking software for his other hobby, ultrarunning.

Callie comes to Us Creative after years of experience in the Minnesota nonprofit sector, working in direct care, fundraising, information technology, and communications. She is passionate about the intersection of creativity, technology, and problem solving that makes a great website.

Danna is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota with experience in web development and UI design. She enjoys creating functional and innovative websites by using her technical skills to help nonprofit organizations do their best work. Outside of development, she spends her time rock climbing both indoors and out.

Crystal has been a graphic designer for eight years working in B2B and B2C markets establishing brand standards and designing for print and web. They enjoy working creatively to assist nonprofit organizations in communicating visually with their audiences. Outside of work, they love cooking and baking snacks at home.

For over 17 years, Lynn has been managing people, projects and processes in the digital space. She works directly with agencies who focus on nonprofits utilizing open source technologies such as Drupal and WordPress. She believes in lean, collaborative processes that puts the user and organization first. She specializes in information architecture, user testing, content strategy and project management. She is happiest when surrounded by nice, passionate people that make her laugh. 

Stephanie has been writing for digital media since 2002, also known as the Stone Age of the ‘Net. In the role of content strategist and writer, she’s served clients in nearly every industry: retail, financial, healthcare, technology, real estate and the nonprofit sector. She loves helping organizations to develop messaging that truly connects with their target audiences while also serving business goals, for an overall win-win. In addition to writing digital content, Stephanie is also a published children’s book author.

For eleven years Erika worked at one of Vermont’s fastest-growing tech companies. Her experience taught her how to translate data and information to actionable insights in an ever-changing world.
